Shipping
Orders outside United Kingdom
This website is only for delivery of products to customers in the United Kingdom but if you find a product you wish to purchase, submit a ticket enquiry or click on our live help desk detailing the product(s) you wish to purchase and we will advise whether or not we are able to ship it to your destination and provide you with shipping costs. This is necessary because some of our larger products are too expensive to ship internationally.
In most cases we will be able to ship your products internationally but you must contact us first so that we can arrange shipment and quote you an international shipping price and confirm that we support the international shipment of the products you have chosen.
Orders outside Mainland United Kingdom
As not all of Gift Gardens products come from one source and some suppliers will only supply mainland United Kingdom, we only offer shipping to mainland United Kingdom without further enquiry. If you are interested in a product(s) on our website please contact us via our live help or by submitting a ticket enquiry and we will do our best to assist in your enquiry. Virtually all of our products can be shipped to United Kingdom locations NOT on the mainland however, as there are a few products that prove exceptions to this rule, we ask that you contact us first to confirm whether those products can be shipped.

Import Taxes and Duties
Delivery outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import taxes, which are levied once your package reaches its destination country. These taxes are your responsibility where they apply. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Gift Garden is not responsible for these charges.
Delivery Timescales
Delivery timescales are specified on the View Cart page and whilst we make every effort to deliver the goods within the estimated timescales, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and Gift Garden shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Incomplete Order
Don't worry this is perfectly normal! Not all Gift Garden products are dispatched from the same source and therefore if you have ordered multiple items in one order your goods may not all arrive on the same day. On the View Cart page the products in your cart will be grouped into dispatch groups so you can see exactly which products will be dispatched together and the estimated time of dispatch and delivery for that group.
