Returns Before returning any item to us you must contact us first via our live support or by submitting a ticket enquiry to obtain a returns code, that will enable us to deal with your request quickly and efficiently. All goods must be returned to us unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc) and must be returned within 30 days. We reserve the right to return to you any item unsuitable for refund or exchange. Unfortunately at present all refunds need to be credited back to the same card that the purchase was made on. In the near future we will be introducing vouchers to the Gift Garden and we will then be able to give refunds in vouchers as well, which you can spend at your leisure.
